THE LOVE LETTER PROJECT

The Love Letter Project was created by iiiSTATES Collective co-founders Kevin Keogh and Julia Marks. It was developed in response to the COVID 19 pandemic and through their work with The Orchard Project’s Liveness Lab, exploring analog theatrical methods. International participants paid €1.50 for a stamp and received a handwritten, personalized letter from one of our anonymous letter writers. This piece was created in order to recreate the fleeting physical interactions that COVID-19 made obsolete, to remember the beauty contained in the communication between strangers, and to help people engage with theatre in a reimagined format.
